1. Service Description

RentaloTop is a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned by RENTATOP TECH, S.L., designed to optimise business operations and professional intermediation. Our services include:

• Operational Management: Tools for linking properties, managing synchronised calendars and automatically creating service tasks and workflows.
• Technological Intermediation: Connecting End Clients seeking professional proposals with qualified service providers (the “Providers”).
• Quote Management: Systems to create, manage and send professional quotes and to manage communications with clients.

RentaloTop is not a party to any transaction or service contract established between a Provider and its End Client. Our role is strictly limited to providing the technological infrastructure to facilitate these operations.

2. Business Opportunities and Connection Services

• Nature of the Connections: The Platform gives Providers access to real-time service requests. RentaloTop facilitates the transmission of data but does not guarantee the final outcome, the truthfulness of the client's intent or the quality of the subsequent business relationship.
• Service Fulfilment: Once a Provider unlocks or accesses the contact details of a specific request, the intermediation service is deemed fully rendered. RentaloTop does not issue refunds based on lack of commercial success.

3. Disclaimer for Automation and Synchronisation

• Synchronisation: Although we strive for 100% accuracy, RentaloTop does not guarantee that calendar synchronisations or automated service triggers will be error-free or instantaneous. These processes may depend on third-party APIs and external factors.
• Operational Responsibility: It is the User's sole responsibility to verify that calendars, property links and automated services are correctly configured and up to date. RentaloTop is not responsible for errors, missed services or any operational failure resulting from synchronisation delays or software failures.

4. User and Company Accounts

• Company Registration: To use the Platform's professional services, a Company account must be registered. The person creating the account (“Owner”) warrants that they have authority to legally bind that company to RENTATOP TECH, S.L.
• End Client Accounts: When an End Client submits a request, a limited-access user account is automatically created to facilitate the management of responses and the project history. These accounts may become fully operational once the user logs in.

5. Subscription Plans, Connection Fees and Cancellation

• Plans and Fees: RentaloTop offers recurring subscription plans and individual connection fees to access specific business opportunities. Prices and limits are detailed on our “Providers” page.
• Billing: All payments are processed through Stripe. By using the service, you authorise the charging of the selected fees.
• Cancellation: Subscription owners may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be granted for unused periods or connections already accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Property: All content, software and technology of the Platform are the exclusive property of RENTATOP TECH, S.L.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of the information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display such content solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. RentaloTop is not liable for disputes, losses or damages (including loss of profit or operational errors) arising from the use of our automation tools or from the relationship between a Provider and an End Client.
• Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
