What services are offered?+
The platform connects Owners with Service Providers for Short-Term Rentals and facilitates operational communication between them. Enter the approximate address of the property, and the results will show you which services are available in the area, considering all providers and their offerings. Some services include: Checkout cleaning (upon guest departure), periodic cleaning, one-time cleaning, linen and towel rental, laundry for owner-owned linens and towels, amenities, check-in, maintenance, booking management, and full management.
In what Countries does it work?+
It works worldwide. As long as there is at least one registered provider in the searched area, the service can be used. The platform is multi-language and multi-currency. Most providers are currently located in Spain, but the network is continuously expanding.
What happens once I fill out the quote request form for my property?+
Your request will reach all available providers in the area who offer services included in your list of interest, and they will prepare their proposal. You will be notified of received proposals via email and Whatsapp and can accept the one that suits you best.
Will Providers see my data?+
Providers will see your property details (approximate address, number of bedrooms, number of beds, etc.) and your request notes. Additionally, providers meeting certain criteria will see your Name, Email, and Phone number, to be able to clarify any questions before providing a quote. Once you accept a proposal, the provider will see all your provided data.
What happens once I accept a proposal?+
Upon accepting a proposal, you can configure your property's calendars and synchronize services so that they are added automatically according to bookings, avoiding the need to communicate all reservations and changes to the provider. You can also set up periodic services, for example, every Monday from 9 to 11 AM, and you can also request one-time manual services from your provider.
If I have multiple properties requiring quotes, what do I do?+
You must fill out the request for each property. If you log in with your user account, you won't need to repeat your data every time, only the property details.
Can I choose 2 different Providers for different properties?+
Each property can only have 1 provider, but different proposals will be generated for different properties, and you can accept the proposal from Provider A for Property X and from Provider B for Property Y.
What is the cost of using the app if I am a manager / owner of tourist rentals?+
The use of the application is free of charge; you can request and receive quotes and configure services for all your properties. As long as you do not wish to provide services to third parties, there will be no cost.
What is the cost of using the app if I am a service Provider for tourist rentals?+
For service provider companies, they will start with a limited free plan and can upgrade as their activity grows.
Can I request services and offer other services at the same time? That is, be a Provider and a client simultaneously?+
Yes, you can! You can do everything with the same account. The client side will be entirely free, and for Provider functionalities, you will have certain limits and can upgrade your account according to your needs.
If I am a Provider, can I use the app with my current clients?+
YES, of course. You can create clients, properties, and quotes, and set up automatic services for your current clients. You can always invite your client to transfer the administration of their business whenever you want
