This privacy policy is adapted to the Spanish and European regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following rules:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
• Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD).

Legal basis for processing personal data

The legal basis for processing personal data on RentaloTop is:

• Consent: For enquiries and commercial communications.
• Performance of a contract: For managing the user account, synchronising services and calendars, and the technological intermediation between Clients and Providers.

Purposes for which the personal data is processed

Personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• To facilitate intermediation between Providers and End Clients for quote management.
• Technical operation of the SaaS: linking properties, synchronising calendars and automating workflows.
• Administrative management, billing through Stripe and technical support.

Recipients of the personal data

Communication between Platform Users: When requesting a quote, the End Client consents to their identifying and contact details being communicated to RentaloTop's network of Providers to facilitate the preparation of commercial proposals. The visibility of this data (especially the phone number) is subject to the Provider's acceptance of the request or to their subscription level, being fully visible once the professional relationship is formalised.

Third-party Providers (Data Processors): RentaloTop uses the following services necessary for operations, which comply with GDPR standards:

• Google LLC: User authentication (“Sign in with Google”).
• Brevo: Sending transactional emails and notifications.
• Stripe, Inc.: Payment management and recurring billing.
• Bubble Group, Inc.: Provider of the platform's hosting and development infrastructure.

Retention periods for personal data

Personal data will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or the User does not request its deletion. After the account is deleted, the data will be kept blocked for the legal periods (generally 6 years under commercial and tax regulations) to address any possible claims.

Rights arising from the processing of personal data

The User may exercise the following rights before the Data Controller:

• Access: Know what data we are processing.
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure (Right to be forgotten): Request the deletion of your data.
• Restriction and Objection: Request that a specific processing be stopped.
• Portability: Receive your data in electronic format.

To exercise these rights, the User must send a written communication to info@rentalotop.com attaching a copy of their ID or equivalent document to verify their identity.

II. Acceptance and changes to this privacy policy

Use of the Website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. RentaloTop reserves the right to modify it to adapt it to legislative developments. In the event of material changes affecting users' privacy, a reasonable effort will be made to notify by email or through a notice on the Platform.
